Master thesis position in T cell biology

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic master thesis student who is interested to investigate the role of nuclear receptor corepressor 1 (Ncor1) in the regulation of T cell-mediated immunity. The master thesis project is embedded in a stimulating international interdisciplinary research environment. The experimental strategies to address our research interests include multi-color flow-cytometry, a variety of immunological tools, biochemical and molecular approaches, retroviral-mediated gene transduction into hematopoietic stem cells, next generation sequencing, mass spectrometry and mouse molecular genetics tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Special interest in immunology

• Strong motivation to engage in the project

• High reliability, great team-working skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Experience in basic tissue culture techniques and molecular biology would be advantageous
