Your Responsibilities

The ISTA Library is responsible for providing information to our researchers as well as providing services to support scientific communication. In this challenging position, you will support our library and your responsibilities will focus on electronic resources:

Organize renewals of resources

Administrate transformative agreements and Open Access Workflows

Represent ISTA in consortia meetings and working groups

Support negotiations with publishers

Manage metadata for e-books

Organize trainings for different databases from publishers

Your Profile

Qualified library education / training

Experience in the library or publishing industry

Knowledge of the publication market

Very good German and English skills

Advanced Excel skills

High level of service orientation and ability to work independently

Good communication skills
