The aim of the evaluation is to obtain empirical evidence from the analysis of external experts on how the program can be further developed in subsequent calls for proposals.

The FWF received six tenders from institutes in five countries. The three most convincing bidders were invited to a hearing by a jury of the FWF; the bid of Technopolis (UK) was awarded the contract. The contract has a volume of € 80,000.
